There are several reasons why we use a contract. One reason is, the labour. With Annual Agreements we can anticipate our labour needs for the year. We know what we are doing for the customer, when it begins and when it stops. Secondly it helps the customer to average out the cost of the yard maintenance so that it’s the same amount every month. We are able to better afford our staff and their benefits if we can anticipate the year round income. Third, the customer can look back at the contract and see exactly what is to be done and when. Now last and most important, with a Contract you the customer are protected, meaning were not going to up and run away on you. We are not a fly by night or half fast lawn care service. We do what the contract says we must. Our Agreements are for seasonal or year round service.
